This is our busiest month!

Christmas programs and parties will be held this Monday and Tuesday.  Thanks so much to all who signed up for refreshments and juice and paper products.   The children are so excited.  The Santa letters are done and posted over the lockers for Santa to check.  The Bulletin Board is decorated with beautiful colored Christmas trees.  We are working on special, secret Christmas gifts.

December book orders are due back by the 8^th.  This will allow the orders to arrive in time for Christmas.

December tuition is due now, please.

SNOW DAYS::::

If South Jeff schools are closed, so is TBC.

If South Jeff is delayed 2 hours, TBC is closed.

MONDAY and TUESDAY the children will begin by coloring a Ho Ho Santa picture.  We will have our Christmas programs.

WEDNESDAY the class will begin by coloring a Happy Santa picture.  The letter is “G”.  Everyone will cut following the lines….and the lines are not straight anymore.

Everyone will make a horse ornament.

THURSDAY the Bears will begin by coloring bells.  The shape is STAR to find and trace.  We will learn about the concept of ON and OFF.  Everyone will make a horse ornament and a Welcome Santa sign.  We will share our newspapers and behavior book.

FRIDAY the children will begin by coloring a picture of bells.  The letter is “H”.  We will cut following curvy lines.  Everyone will learn about ON and OFF.  We will make a welcome Santa sign; share our newspapers, and our behavior book.

December 14 theme is CHRISTMAS and we will be making wonderful Christmas goodies all week.

December 21 is a LONG DAY for the Mon-Wed-Fri class.  They will stay until 1 pm and have pizza for lunch.  We will finish our gifts, crafts, and wrappings, etc.

December 22nd is a regular class time. 

There is NO SCHOOL on Wed. the 23^rd, Thurs., the 24^th, and Fri the 25^th.

Classes resume on Monday, January 4^th, 2010.  Each Week in January, February and March we will have a Special Event on Tuesday and Wednesday. January 5 and 6 will be Hat Day-Everyone may bring and wear a favorite hat. We will have a Hat Parade!

Jan. 12 and 13 we will make Green Eggs and Ham.

Jan 18 and 20 we will make Stone Soup.  Each student may bring in something to add to our soup-celery stalk, carrot, can of veggies or broth, crackers, tomato.  The children will chop everything and put it in our pot.  It is usually delicious~

Jan 26 and 27 will be our Slumber Party.  Everyone comes in their pajamas and brings a sleeping bag or a blanket.  Lots of Fun!
