We
hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving this year.
The weather is cooperating for anyone who had to travel. December
book flyers are in lockers this week.
Any orders should be returned by Wed., Dec 7th. SHOW
AND TELL will be this Thursday and Friday Dec. 1st and 2nd.
Each student may bring something special to school to SHOW and TELL
to the class. Please label any
treasures that are coming to visit. All
items will remain in the lockers until Show and Tell begins.
Each child then goes to their locker to bring in their item-when
their name is called. This
encourages following directions, sharing and speaking in front of the
class. We will have a list of
SHOW and TELL items in the next newsletter. Items
needed for December are paper towel, disinfectant wipes for the
tables and chairs, construction paper, glue sticks, copier paper, juice,
snack items such as cereal, crackers, jam, cheese, carrots, grapes, etc.

This
week our theme is WHEELS. We
will also be working on our Christmas program.
Remember our programs and parties will be held on
Tuesday the 13th and Wednesday the 14th at 10am.
Santa has checked in and he will be there to visit with all the children.
Everyone should bring in a gift to exchange by the 9th.
Boys bring a boy’s gift. Girls
bring a girl’s gift. Please
label the FROM with your child’s name.
I’ll fill in the TO part as I exchange the gifts with classmates.
Any siblings may have a gift sent in for them with their name on
the label and the word SIBLING. MONDAY
the class will begin by finding the DIFFERENT items in each row.
The letter to trace and print is “E”.
They will cut items for their toy box picture.
We will begin RHYMING with the word CAT.
Everyone will make a Traffic Light and a train. TUESDAY
the Bears will begin by finding the SAME items in each row.
Everyone will find the WINTER items as we learn about the seasons.

WEDNESDAY
the children will begin by finding the DIFFERENT items in each row.
Our letter is “F”. Our
Rhyming word is CLOCK. We will cut the squirrels’ nests. Everyone will
work on their Christmas props and program. THURSDAY
the students will begin by finding the SAME items in each row.
They will review CIRCLES. Everyone
will make a crossing light and s heavy construction machine.
WE will share our newspapers and have SHOW AND TELL. FRIDAY
we will begin by finding the DIFFERENT items in each row.
Our letter is “G”. We
will rhyme with the word TREE. Everyone
will cut and glue circles. Everyone will make a crossing light and share
our newspapers. We will have

is a very busy month for the Bears. All
the children will make lists for Santa, decorate our room and tree, and
